Austin, TX - Online Music Capital LLC today launched an online music store dedicated to central Texas. The website, named www.AustinOnlineMusic.com, features exclusive music only from artists in Austin, Texas and the surrounding area. Online Music Capital's founder Matt Campbell confirms, "AustinOnlineMusic.com is dedicated to promoting all the musicians who make Austin and central Texas one of the premier music capitals in the world."
The website's logo features a frequency read-out from an actual song by one of their musicians. A silhouette of the Austin, Texas skyline rests on the frequency read-out
representing Austin and central Texas being, literally, "on-line".
AustinOnlineMusic utilizes an artist-friendly
file-sharing technology referred to as "Weed". A Weed file can be downloaded for free and played 3 times on a computer.
People who purchase Weed files can earn money by sharing the files with others.

extremely low-cost for artists and very fan-friendly.", said Rich Wolfgang, who went to high school with Matt and helped
start Online Music Capital.
